Yes. Sainte-Rose is known for being a quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood, appreciated by both locals and visitors.
The Property & Your Stay
What amenities are included in each residence?
Every urban retreat is mastery-appointed with high-speed Wi-Fi, premium hotel-grade linens, plush towels, and bath products. Kitchens are fully equipped with high-end appliances and essentials for an effortless stayed.
Are laundry and kitchen facilities private?
Absolutely. Every residence includes its own private, high-end kitchen and laundry suite (washer and dryer), ensuring total privacy and convenience throughout your waterside residency.
Events & Gatherings
Are events allowed at the property?
Yes. Responsible and respectful events may be permitted, subject to prior approval by the host. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure it aligns with the property, the neighborhood, and our standards.
What types of events are considered?
Approved events typically include: Family gatherings, milestone celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries), small weddings or reunions and private retreats.
The property is not suitable for loud parties, open-invite events, or disruptive celebrations.
Is prior approval required?
Yes. All events must be approved in advance by the host. Details such as the nature of the event, total number of guests, schedule, and setup must be shared before confirmation.
Is an event agreement required?
Yes. For approved events, a specific event agreement must be signed. This agreement outlines: Event guidelines and boundaries, occupancy and guest limits, noise expectations and quiet hours, and care of the property and shared spaces. This ensures clarity, respect, and a smooth experience for everyone.
Is a security deposit required for events?
Yes. A mandatory security deposit is required for all approved events. The amount and terms are communicated in advance and are fully refundable, provided all conditions of the agreement are respected.
Are there additional rules for events?
Yes. Approved events must: respect quiet hours and the surrounding neighborhood, stay within the agreed guest count, be supervised at all times, and comply with all house rules and event guidelines. Our goal is to allow meaningful gatherings while preserving the quality, safety, and serenity of the property.
Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Is it possible to request an early Check-in or late Check-out?
Early check-ins or late check-outs are only allowed if the housekeeping schedule permits. They must be confirmed explicitly in writing and may incur additional fees.
How do I access the property?
We provide self-check-in with a secure smart lock code, which is sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.
Late & Unauthorized Check-Out
Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a $200 per hour penalty, charged automatically.
House Rules & Respect
How many people can stay inside the house?
The maximum occupancy of 19 people applies to all persons on the property, including those staying overnight, visiting temporarily, or attending gatherings. There are no exceptions without prior written approval from the owners.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi connected smoke detectors to ensure compliance. Any indoor smoking will result in an immediate $10,000 penalty, without exception.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary depending on the booking details. Please refer to your reservation or contact us before booking if you plan to travel with a pet. Extra fees.
Is the neighborhood quiet?
Yes. The property is located in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 11pm to 7am and the surrounding community.
What to wear inside?
Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited inside the house. Failure to comply will result in an immediate $500 cleaning fee.
Parking & Access
Is there parking available on site?
Yes, we provide ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles (more than 8) at no extra charge. The driveway is wide and safe, allowing for easy access and security during your stay.
Is the property easy to access year-round?
Absolutely. The property is located on well-maintained municipal roads. During the winter season, we ensure professional snow removal is performed consistently to ensure effortless access and peace of mind.
